Kindly note that we ask for a 30% deposit to secure your booking.
When you book you will receive a Confirmation booking code with banking details, please use your confirmation code as your reference.
The 30% will be deducted from the remaining outstanding amount.
In case of cancelation or double booking we can hold you responsible for up to 15% admin or transport fee.
Cancelations must be done per email to info@avparking.co.za and you must supply your banking details in order for us to transfer money’s owing by Absolute Valet Parking.
Please note that transfers of money might take up to 72hours to reflect in your account.
Why do we use a Booking Code system on your booking?
We use a Booking Code system as an added security measure. This gives you added peace of mind when you are quoted your booking code by our company representative. You should have your Booking Code available as you will be asked to quote it back to the driver when we drop your vehicle back to you.
How do I book ?
Simply fill out the online booking and make a payment to confirm your booking with us. We now accept all major credit and debit cards. If you are making your booking less than 12hrs before travelling please call our Office/Ops number on 081 538 0800 / 071 441 2758 and we will do our best to accommodate you.
How do I know that my booking is confirmed?
Once you have completed the booking process you will receive a confirmation email to the email address that you supplied indicating your booking dates and give you important information for your days of travel. Should you not receive an email you can contact us on the cell number provided to confirm. Please call us if you are running early or late. If you arrive significantly late or early without letting us know we may not be able to book you in immediately.
How do I change or cancel my booking?
We are aware that from time to time things happen and changes need to be made to bookings or they need to be cancelled altogether.
Just call our Office/Operations on 081 538 0800 / 071 441 2758 and our staff will help you with all of your needs. Please be aware of our cancellation policy within the terms and conditions of the order when cancelling your booking with us.
How do I know that I am handing my keys to an employee?
Our Driver will greet you at the terminal wearing our trademark uniform bearing the logo seen in the header of our website. This will prove that they work for us. They will also quote the Booking Code that you received on your booking for added peace of mind.
The idea was formed to establish an offsite parking company due to the need for secure, hasslefree parking to clients who uses the airports for business or holiday trips. Instead of having to park your vehicle yourself, or have family members or someone else inconvenienced to drop you off, we will pick up your vehicle from the airport, park it safely, hand wash and vacuum it, and deliver it once you return.
